This post will not rely on speculation, but only on eyewitness testimony and other evidence. Once it is proven that the Towers were blown up by pre-set explosives, I will leave you to decide if Al Qaeda was responsible, or if the attacks came from and were covered up by agencies of the US government.

    EYEWITNESS EVIDENCE

Stephen Gregory was an NYFD assistant commissioner who was there on 9/11. He reported that he and a Lieutenant both saw a number of rapid, explosive flashes on the lower levels of the South Tower just before it came down. Were these caused by explosive charges going off at the bottom of the building? Note that Gregory also mentions that there was an explosion on the upper floors as well. Not a collapse. An explosion.

Karin Deshore was an NYFD captain who was on the scene. She reported an oxygen-sucking explosion at the time of collapse. She also reports flashes and 'popping sounds' going off all around the building. She then reported another major explosion in the upper levels. Was Karin Deshore witnessing explosives tearing up the building?

Thomas Fitzpatrick was the deputy commissioner for the NYFD. He reports a 'puff of smoke' jet out of the building, and mentions that some people thought it was an explosion. Was this a demolition 'squib'? He also reports a 'sparkling' around one layer of the building. This appears to be more confirmation of demolition bombs causing flashes in the building. He also said that when it started collapsing, he thought it was a professional demolition implosion.

Below is a video clip from the BBC, in which the sound of explosions can be heard seconds BEFORE the North Tower falls down:

(If possible, please watch and listen to the BBC footage a few times for yourself before reading my analysis below. I recommend wearing headphones when watching/listening to this video clip. If you don't have headphnes, turn the volume all the way up on your speakers. HINT: Listen very closely once the motorcycle drives past the person being interviewed)

    --------------------------------------------

Thunderous booms can be heard just after the "motorcycle" drives past the man being interviewed (Stephen Evans) -- and then after the booms occur, you hear bystanders say "Oh my GOD!" while looking and pointing toward the North Tower. A few seconds after that, there's another explosion -- the person being interviewed then covers his ears in a fright and turns around to see the tower begin to fall.

(FYI: The camera that recorded this audio evidence of explosions was obviously some distance away from the North Tower (my best guesstimate is about 3/4 of a mile away) creating a sound delay, so the explosions would have occurred a couple of seconds earlier than what is represented in the video)

Here's a partial transcript of the interview:

    • Stephen Evans: "...someone said they saw an airliner go into one of those towers. Then... I don't know... an hour later than that, we heard that big explosion from much, much lower. I don't know what on earth caused that...

      (Motorcycle drives past Stephen Evans)

      (((BOOOOOOOOM)))

Bystanders: "Oh my GOD! (pointing and looking in the direction of the North Tower)

      (((BOOOOOOOOM)))

Stephen Evans: "...People were just talking to each other, nodding their heads... (stops talking and raises hands up to ears in a fright. Screams are heard from the people standing in the street as more explosions occur -- and the North Tower begins to fall.)

Are you smoking crack or something because the Twin Towers were brought down by the fires caused by the hijacked airliners crashing into them. The force of the impact removed the fire proofing from the metal supports. The fires weakened the metal to the point where it failed.

Are you smoking crack that caused you to not notice all of the evidence included in my post?

Your ability to make blowhard claims about stuff you don't know anything about astounds me. Sadly, I can already tell that you are getting your evidence straight from the BBC/HistoryChannel Propaganda Documentaries, or from FAUX News.

You obviously are not aware of the evidence that contradicts the claim of the government's fire+impact=collapse theory.

#1: Frank de Martini, the project manager for the WTC, said that it could sustain the impact of multiple jetliners and take only local damage. John Skilling wrote a report that revealed that the WTC was designed to sustain the impact of a Boeing 707 (Similar to a 767) going at 600mph.

#2: According to the NIST report, numerous beams were tested and their temperatures did not go above 250 degrees. This is nowhere near the temperature needed to weaken steel significantly.

#3: The steel failing in one part of such a massive, redundant building should not cause the complete collapse of the entire building.

A plane hitting a big metal tower is going to make alot of noise. This noises can sound like a bomb especially when the plane blows up. The towers would of had gas pipes in them. For heating. Gas is very flammable and when it blows up it can sound like a bomb going off.

Let me just tell you that the 4-engine B707 is in no way comparable to a B767, in both its size and weight.

If you compare the 707 to, say, a 767-400ER, the 767 is much heavier and its MTOW (Maximum Take-off Weight) is nearly double the capacity of the 707 model.

In brief, they're two very different planes, and simply because the WTC towers were built to withstand a 707 doesn't mean it couldn't crumble with a more recent 767.

Don't talk crap about planes if you don't know about them.

Wow someone is discussing this here...

Well, I'm pretty sure that the planes collading into the towers created the explosion that brought the towers down. I don't know about any bomb.

I heard that the Twin Tower were attacked before with a bomb, but left little damage. (something like that.)
