and would it be worth it teaching him secret power?

Yes. You forgot to put your Pokemon's EV (EPs, as in Effort Values/Points) in. You need to know what EVs you gave your Pokemon if you want to use the calculator.

ok, thanks. i havnt EV trained him but i maxed him out with vitamins, though the carbos only worked once... where should i put this info?

In the section that says "EPs". Keep in mind that Pokemon gain EVs EVERY TIME they gain experience from battle, so technically you already EV trained them if they're that level. I suggest starting over.

Uh oh, oh well, thanks for your help.

it look me 3 hours to get an adamant Croagunk so i dont think ill start over :)

    3 hours only? That's it?

It's OK if you don't care about competitive and stuff like that, but if you want to be serious, you're going to have to either:
    a. Get a new Croagunk
    b. Give it the EV reducing berries (Pomeg through Tamato)

EDIT: Saw your other question. No. Secret Power is a lame move. Return isn't even that good of an option since it has others that are better.

Yes, you needed to keep track of the Effort values (or Effort Points) your Pokémon accumilated through the course of it's training. If you don't keep track, the IV readouts won't be accurate. So yes, either you need to breed/catch a new Adamant Croagunk or use the Ev reducing berries, as has been suggested. Beyond that there isn't anything else you can do.

however, I must ask you to use the Quick Questions sticky for this sort of thing in future.
