Did I get scammed?

Hey guys! Totally new to this forum and to pokemon. I've been buying up pokemon to open up and I came across some Burning Shadows Elite Trainers and when I opened up the box it just seemed off. The elite trainer box looked like it had been repacked since both were completely different on how the box was organized and put together. Once I looked at the packs it seemed to me that they had been tampered with in some way. This might be me freaking out but this would be the first for me and could use your guys and gals awesome input on this since I am a complete noob! I am just wondering with the back flap near the edges it looks like either glue or something hot welded it back together... if this is normal that's fine but if you think it's tampered help me out. Lol thank you!!

Where did you get the box? How much did you pay? Were all of the booster packs facing the same direction when you pulled them out?

It's not impossible that the packs have been weighed and are thus tampered with, but it's more likely just a manufacturing defect. I can see how the crimping looks a little off though. But without any obvious signs of opening and resealing it's unlikely to be able to discern with 100% accuracy what's been weighed and what's just poor factory packaging.
