Was just reading up a few things online about a few series and stumbled upon something that seemed a little surprising. Gave me a thread idea. :3 Seems like it can be really fun.

So, what you gotta do is post one fact about either some character, seiyuu, animanga or their creators that is usually not known to everybody and might surprise people. Some amusing facts related to animanga, in short. It could be anything as long as it is related to some mango/animu. Thread could definitely be fun, I think. I'll start.

    Did you know...?
...that the author of our (at least mine!) beloved series Shokugeki no Soma is actually someone who used to draw hentai manga (X-rated/adult/pornomango) before? He's a very famous hentai artist nicknamed "Tosh" (real name Shun Saeki) and is well known for his...ehm, "steamy" works and "colorful" artwork. Your turn! :D

    Edit: Remembered about another one!

    Did you know...?
...that Sanji from One Piece was originally supposed to be called Naruto? But his name was changed since Naruto was serialized along with One Piece.

This guy ^ known as Sanji would've been known as "Naruto" if not for this v guy coming into the picture.

Despite rumors about various early endings for Dragon Ball Z (popular speculations include the series ending with the Cell Saga and, most popular, the Frieza Saga), there is actually no evidence to support this and Akira Toriyama has actually stated that he had no particular plans to stop. This isn't to say that things like the editor and the fans didn't have any effect, they did; for instance, Cell having three forms instead of two was due to feedback from his editor (whereas Toriyama was satisfied with his second form). Similarly, the shows popularity did extend the series' length, though Toriyama drew more as he went rather than with intended endings in mind.
