can dig hit latios or salamence?
need a quick response because I'm in the 3rd round of the battle palance!!!

this shoudl be in simple questions.
but it cant hit latios cuz of levitate
but im not sure of salamence,but i pretty sure its part flying,so no.it wont work.

Ground attacks cannot hit Flying Pokemon and cannot hit Pokemon with the Levitate ability unless you use Skill Swap on them (and why would you want to do that?).
