Dis Collesum really mess it up?

I really was anxious to pick up my copy of Pokemon Colliseum, but to my surprise, it was NOT like Pokemon Stadium 1 and 2. You couldnt just plug in a second controller and pick your six team of pokemon and fight against your friend. You had to upload your team from your game boy game. I found that a Big Disapointment. Do you agree?

Yes, I didn't like that either. But the game was fun.

I also miss the Mini-games, the Trainers School and the Gym Leader Castle from the Pokemon Stadium Games. They were awesome.
But of course, with Coloseum including the RPG quest, the developers would have to cut back on a few features. And you have to upload your Pokemon from GBA via Link Cable, and that took longer than the GB Transfer Pak.
But the fact is that the game is different from Stadium and the GB games, and that's what makes Coloseum (and XD) a great game.

Didnt you get a free Espeon or something

In Coloseum, you get Espeon and Umbreon to start off with.
In XD, you get Eevee, then later you get the choice to evolve it into one of the different evolutions.
