Wow. I just went to check this out myself. Happened exactly like the video, except the old woman said "Did you know? There was a girl who always played with an Abra around here. She was so full of energy..."
It also seems to be that this isn't some random occurrence like the ghosts in the Old Château, because I keep coming back to check and she's still "there"! xDD
