5th Gen Disappointed and excited at the same time

So, I just went out and bought white version. Reason being, I need a new pokemon game to play! Another reason was that my SoulSilver wasn't able to read my WPA connection for Nintendo Wifi. My first though was, I NEED A 3DS, which would solve my problem....for $119.99. Wern't Black & White versions supposed to work with WPA? Should I buy a 3DS, Nintendo Wifi adapter or is there a better and cheaper solution?

Soul Silver works with WPA... You didn't enter the password correctly into your DS if you can't get online. I have WPA encryptions as well and all of mine work XD

im 100% sure my password is correct, its not numbers though because during the setup i changed it. but, im 100% sure its correct. :(
