I have a problem with a disobeying Kadabra. It keeps ignoring my commands in battle and I don't really know why? I traded it with a NPC girl in some city when it was still an Abra. It is currently level 18, and I have the first badge which should let me command all pokémon up to level 30...right? None of my other level 18/19 pokémon is making any trouble either. Did anyone else have that happen?

probably because its a traded pokemon and it doesnt trust you as much as your other pokemon.

Second badge increases the level of what traded Pokémon listen to you. Every second badge from then on (4th, 6th, and 8th) will increase it again, to 50, 70, and 100, respectively.
uuh.. well is that going to change after some time? I mean will it like me better the longer I have it, as with other pokemon?probably because its a traded pokemon and it doesnt trust you as much as your other pokemon.
