3rd Gen Ditto Breeding

yeah most if not all legendaries are an exception since they have no gender usually and I've always wondered why Latios and latias couldn't breed thats the perfect couple lol

Latias and Latios are brother and sister.

You can breed Ditto with anything, except legendaries(but Manaphy is an acception) and get the basic stage of the Pokemon you paired Ditto with, but you get Phione which doesn't evolve into Manaphy when you breed Ditto and Manaphy.
