    sugimori art as an ex!?! - ahhh! thats no good :P, it looks rather plain and rushed!!! :P

    BUT!_! i like the idea..., great card, and elemental boom sounds cool!
     
    Please! give the illusrater credit, without it you wouldn't of had the picture.
    Ditto ex should be a 3 dimensonal Picture, that doesn't really look like it.
    the Reviving Transfrom text looks to far shifted to the left, it should be 10 pixels on either side of the border.
    The Weakness and Retreat Cost Energies look to far shifted down
     
    The last attack is underpowered, If you're using that energy cost, 200 is more "okay".

    i disagree.
    you can't do that much damage without discarding.
    200 would be uber-overpowered.
    the player should just attach 5 different energies and he would have KO per every next turn.

    and there are many cards which can help you find any energy in your deck. collecting 5 of them seems like not such a big trouble.

    200 would be ok if all 5 energies (or 3 or 4) would be discarded.
     
    And that's exactly why people don't like Charizard ex. It does 200 damage, then you have to discard all Energy cards attached to it.

    I'd keep it at 100 damage and discard 2 Energy.
     
    the wording in the pokepower is off.. you used 'Ditto' instead of 'Ditto Ex'.. nice card otherwise (except for the art)..
     
    Problem with elemental boom is you could just use double rainbow energy and stuff and maybe boost and own
