I used to remember being a fan of him back when I was at the Rukia arc. Now I look back on that and wonder what I was on. Especially after seeing him fight in a recent arc.
But I'm not sure if that's his fault. After seeing a recent episode, I realized that I have an aversion to non-seasonal anime, it seems. Ones that go on and launch into the hundreds. Really made me realize why it is exactly that I only follow the One Piece manga and not the anime. They lack the "uumph" that I look for in anime, and in action shows, things just happen.
Well, I guess it's more of an aversion to modern Action non-seasonal anime. I'd probably be fine with Gintama.
Or I might not have any sort of aversion at all, who knows.
