    I have this Pokémon card that shows a picture of Thunder Mountain, but it's actually Heat Factory. I was wondering if it was real or not.

    Yes, you've got a fake card. Too many errors to be legit. Wrong artwork, Prism Star symbol shifted too far right, "Prism Star Rule" missing...
