Do people do any freelancing for rom hacking?

Title says it all, to be honest. Have you ever pulled up to Home Depot and picked up some guys to work? Well I'm looking for something like that but with rom hacking. Thanks in advance. EDIT : Paid help, of course.

Its against PokeCommunity rules to offer paid goods or services. The only exception is for art commissions.

Paying people to ROM hack for you here is just asking for Nintendo to sue the PokeCommunity.
