I do keep my Ditto locked up in the daycare for breeding purposes, that's it. Ditto's permently in there 24/7, I'm surprised he has not found a way out yet. I honestly can't be bothered to find out what level mine is now but I know I put it in there at like, level 14 or somthing.

Only time I will take out my ditto is when I get black and white. And then he will stay there as well.

Since I never use the daycare unless I'm breeding I always have a ditto in there. I've had plenty of dittos that have reach lv 100 because I left them in the daycare for so long.
