I'm back now and I would like to know who gave me bad rep for my last post above? Just come out and say it. You were too much of a coward to say who you were in the comment, you could atleast tell me now.
 
Well if you have a lot of rep it makes you look good, and the other way around works the same way.
 
It is all in good fun, it doesn't matter if you get 1 million pts. or 1 pt. it doesn't mean a thing, so I don't know why some people are being dramatic and saying it doesn't feel right to give it out, yet when they are offered to get some they have no problem with it. Hypocritical, I know...
 
Yet, it still doesn't mean a thing. You do know there is an option you can use to turn off al rep to you, so that you never see yours or anyone elses? Yeah, so I still don't see why people are being hypocrits.

If someone likes your post, he can give you good re point (green)
But if someone doesn`t like your post, he can give you bad rep point (red). I don`t know only, why some are white =/

I'm not sure of this place in particular, but you'll probably need to ask one of the administrators. They can change names, but others might also if they were granted such powers by the admins themselves.

Like I said I'm not entirely sure. ^^
