A waste of time in my opinion. shiny pokemon are no better than normal ones, just more rare.

I already have a rayquaza, and since I can't count myself, I want to be able to say that I found a shiny pokemon before I die.

huh, I like my black rayquaza, too bad it's only a sprite I made, but it looks cooler than the actual shiny rayquaza.

As I said, I like the color-scheme of the shiney rayquaza, with the black/yellow/red combo. And it's more of being able to say I found a shiny that I can count before I die.
