2nd Gen Do you know where and how to find a celebi in Crystal version?

Hey guys! Do you know how to find a celebi in Crystal version? I ask this cuz it's a legendary pokemon and i wanna catch it so i can trade it to my silver version.Can you tell me pls!!!!!!!!!!!

The cheat requires a gameshark, and if you have one, and want celebi, you should go to the code request thread.

(I think) in the japanese version you find it in the Ilex Forest if you place the GS ball in the shrine. I don't know if it's true.

Yeah thats the only way you can get it w.out using gameshark, I think.

I got my Celebi From a friend, of a friend of mine, that got it from pokemon stadium o.O;

If you go to here, Serebii will give you a step by step instruction on how to get Celebi. Oh, in order to do that, you have to have a Gameshark.
