I never use substitute so I thought that was just a splice.

Its also glitch in PokeStaduim 2 or 1, Cant remember.
When you connect Blue to the Nintendo and uplod the Misingo it will apear like that, it appers to be the pre evoled for Rhy horn like a cubone with out his shell.
