    Okay, so i read around NOV. 7 you can go to a toys r us and get Arceaus?


    my question is do you have to beat the game before or can you get it before beating the elite four?
     
    No, you have to have your Friend Code and Pokedex. Also, save in a Pokemon Center before receiving Arceus.
