DO YOU TAKE CAPITAL LETTERS AS SHOUTING?

Yes.
Gets really annoying after a while.
Also when people use '?!'.
Especially when it doesn't need to be used.
It makes me think they're mad at me >:
 
If people use capital letters in the middle of a sentence like THIS, I take it to mean emphasis when they don't care to use itallics (like I do sometimes). IF AN ENTIRE SENTENCE IS IN CAPITALS LETTERS, I take it as stupidity before anything else. Maybe desparation to get a point across, but not always.
 
I TYPE LIKE THAT BUT I DONT KNOW MY CAPS LOCK IS STUCK HOW DO I REVERSE THIS ?!
