Ok what is this? Instead of adding any engaging conversation to this thread which is already borderline, you just ask why to every comment like a petulant child? Why would they make Teddiursa taller? What purpose would that serve? Why do you care? What is "The next redesign?" Did they do some previous "let's make some Pokemon taller" redesign that I am not aware of? This is your second thread on Teddiursa that has had no egagement that you keep bumping. If people cared they would talk about it. Please put some more effort into your threads.
