5th Gen Do you think they should've made new evolutions in B/W?

There are so many new Pokémon that look like they were intended to be evolutions. It just seems weird to leave them out.
 
I will say that there were some Pokemon which could use some evolutions, such as the Luvdisc > Alomomola evolution, but that didn't work out. I would've liked to see some evolutions, if they weren't at all obtainable until later in the game, like post-Elite Four or something, which would've been nice. I'm not angry that there aren't any evolutions for past generation Pokemon. It's probably the biggest improvement I've seen on Pokemon today, which is nice. :)
