I'm sure she'll get replaced sooner or later and more than likely travel with May or something. But as to the question if I want her gone or not? Not really. I like her a lot better than May

As much as I wish it, then again, do I? Misty isn't coming back. It's not feasible and they have to keep moving on and keep one part of the Anime fresh. I just wish they scrapped Ash :D
