Zapdos was there to advertise Platinum when it came out in Japan.

Anyway, there are many of these filler episodes in Pokémon. :\
 
I dislike this episode. . It was too clichéd. Not only that, but it was just like every other filler: Boring.
 
Hey, I just thought of something. One main theme of this episode was how Dawn and Ash needed to be better prepared to look after the pokemon when Brock isn't there. Is this some very sneaky suggestions towards one of our favourite characters finally leaving? :O

I hope not :) We might get another Tracey
 
I hate Brocks new voice :(. Am I the only one that misses Brocks original voice like crazy?
 
I just recentley saw this episode. I have to say, from my point of view, when Ash and Dawn were fighting in that one part, about Who was the cause of Pachirisu fever, it almost sounded like Ash and Dawn were a couple. Any people around my age (18) agree with me here?

Anyhow, It was kind of surprising to me that Ash and Dawn actually did good caring for the Pokemon while Brock was away, I was expected more of a disaster.

After 10 seasons, Ash should have learned a little basic first aid by now. I didn't know apples were purple.

I miss seeing them at a Pokemon Center and handing a tray to Nurse Joy & asking her to check out their Pokemon. It was kinda cute when Ash's tray had 5 balls and his Pikachu sitting on it.
