Doctor: I'm afraid you have bipolar...

I've been diagnosed with social anxiety, depresson, autism, and...maybe some other things, I forgot. X(
 
Physical: Asthma; something else which isn't really a diagnosis as such, more of something I was born with which has required surgery etc., doesn't impede on my (physical) health and something that I don't wanna say anything else about. D:

Mental: Not diagnosed, but the signs point to anxiety, body dysmorphia and depression. Wewt~ 8D
 
I don't really have any of that. I was told I just have anger management problems so my parents put me in Anger Controlling classes. :3
