Does anyone have a Pikachu that knows Fly?

I don't care if you used a code to teach it Fly, but I just want one that knows Fly.
If you do have a cheat device of some sort, would you be able to teach it the following moveset:
Fly, Surf, Sacred Fire, and Volt Tackle? If not, Fly alone will be fine.
