    A friend of mine wants to know. Thanks in advance for any help concerning this.
     
    I believe it can only be obtain via a cheating device.
     
    Isn't that one of the event Berries? If so, the only event that has been released is the Enigma Berry.
     
    There were a bunch of berries released via E-Reader.
     
    We've already a thread for this. Click here. If the item's location is listed as "unknown", then I don't think it's really possible to obtain the item without a hacking device or an event, per se.
