Does anyone know how to get Stance Change and Shields Down working?

    Me and a friend are messing around with the Emerald disassembly, and just managed to fuse together the battle engine upgrade, Pokemon expansion, and item expansion ones (don't ask how). She tested for me overnight if Shields Down and Stance Change work, and they apparently don't, which makes me sad, since I wanted the Pokemon that have those abilities in my hack. Now, I don't know anything about this whole disassembly process, so how difficult would it be to get those two working? Are there any other unique/noteworthy abilities that don't work?
