Does anyone wonder about the thing on the end of slowbros tail

On the end of slowbros tail there is like a shell thing. I think its really cool and they should make it a pokemon

That'd be cool, but I don't know if it'd work.

Slowpoke becomes Slowbro when a Shellder bites his/her tail and latches on. The Shellder is shaped like that because it's been there so long and has become a parasite.

EDIT: So it's probably reliant on a living host at that point.

So if you gave it a slowpoke tail to latch onto, and traded it then wouldnt that be long enough time to become a parasite?

Probably, but the Slowpoketail wouldn't be able to sustain it for long. There'd have to be some other way of keeping it alive, but I don't know if Slowpoke essence is the only thing they eat.

So it could work, maybe it could be called Parader or Shellasite or something.
