Does the title "Pokémon Xenoverse" and "Xenoverse: per aspera ad astra" have difference?
Does putting pokemon on the fan game title will have something bad like copyright?

Nope. You're still infringing copyright, whether or not you put the "Pokemon" in the actual title of your game. I think it's more of an artistic choice.
