What I mean is, like say you face a cpu Trainer and they either have a poke that could have evolved by the level their poke is but they don't or their poke is evolved but it's to low of a level that it should be for its evo.
At first it didn't but after seeing and battling Team Plasma's Ghetsis it really did because its not fair that I had to wait to level 64 to get my Hydreigon
I don't really like it. The game developers don't encourage hacking or cheating yet they allow the in-game trainers to use illegitimate Pokémon? Seems kinda self-contradictory to me.
It bothers me that there are trainers with a Pokemon with a level below their evolutionary level (like Ghetsis' Hydreigon and the Worker in FR/LG with a level 18 Magneton)
