he annoyed the first time I battled him (long time ago...) with dragonite that knew thunder. But then I borrowed my cousin's lvl 80 Sneasel. He didn't give me anymore trouble after that.

really, he bothered me a lot, i mean you would think that with all of the "assistance" he gave you throughout the game, he'd be a little bit more of a challenge, but no he was very weak, so weak i laughed when i annihilated him.
