Does This Episode Exist...?

Hey- so I've been wondering what episode this is for, let's say about 10 years, and now I'm wondering if I was mixing up a few episodes into some crazy pastiche that never actually existed as an episode. Here's what I remember:

-Aeorodactyl
-Large pit
-Team Rocket: and here's the strangest part. Jessie and James thought they were going to die but before they did, they wanted to tell each other one thing: "You always had great hair." Now, I remember something similar happened on the SS Anne as it was sinking, but I really thought they said that when they were about to be killed by an aerodactyl at some point.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about? It'd probably be from season 1 or 2.

Ahh that definitely seems like it-- except when I went to the relevant parts I never heard the line I thought TR said. Thanks though! (And it's definitely one of their better episodes from season 1.)
