    what would be the best powerful moves that i could use for my
    Attack Deoxys(Fire) and Normal Deoxys(Ruby/Sapp)?
    and for my attack deox should i concetrate EV's for is HP,DEF,S.DEf or should i improve on SPEED,ATT,S.ATT
     
    for Atk deoxys pick a stat ATk or SpAtk and then EV train it for one of them

    and also EV train it for speed

    so you might want 252 atk/spAtk , 252 Spd, 6 Hp
