Question: Donating to the PC

I just donated $3.00 USD to here. How would I notify anyone about this, or how would I get the Emblem or something?

I've read other threads about this, and it says that to enter your PC username on the billing page, but no such prompt appeared.

Talk to Rukario, provide him with all the info about the transaction, give him your exact username etc.
He's the one to go to apparently.
