Well, using a transparent image I found off the internet (more like Touhou Wiki), I put together something crappy on GIMP:

Now, if only I could figure out how to make other non-transparent images transparent...

Edit: Now I found out how to make things transparent. So, using a render from Planet Renders, I made this:

Though there is some extra white I could've taken off XD

Oh, and I think I found a good render to mess with for a Halloween theme. I'll actually try making a theme without just copy-pasting and resizing an image I like <3
