I don't get why Touhou is this popular.... Sure it's a great (and hard!) game, but not that awesome......

While the games are awesome in their own respect, the memorable characters, scenario, and music are what mainly contributes to the fandom. Not to mention the amount of remix CDs, fanarts, fan comics, and even fan games are made for it. If it weren't for the fact that the game you posted had Touhou music, I wouldn't have even given it a 2nd glance.

Heh, fair enough, that explains enough. Though I do admit, the songs are indeed awesome....
