That reminds me. Loading times. Another reason why I disliked Super Smash Bros. Brawl.

XD SSBB is somewhat worth waiting for though, especially if you're playing with a friend. It means you can talk while it's loading XD

See, one person's minus is another person's plus. And then it becomes their minus at certain points XD

OK, so far we have:
Bad controls
Bad/Cliche story
Stupid Antagonists
Sneaking around
License titles
Advertising
Loading times

What else... Ah! Difficulty. It's OK if there's something along the lines of an easy mode, but if it's just a single difficulty but it's MONSTROUSLY hard like Silver Surfer on the NES (lol AVGN), ragequits.
 
oh, yeah! that...However some games, like the Contra series require the hardness to make the game fun.

EDIT: Games that go though the whole game to point as a certain evil guy as the main Antagonists, then near the end of the game, switch to another Antagonists.

Example: Final fantasy 4? the one with Cecil
