Yup, just as I thought. All I had to do was remove the height limitation. Quote my post to get the code to copy and paste back into your sig.

The style I'm using is The Plaza. It's even better than Conway, and Conway was really good.

Touhou is a series of doujinshi bullet hell shooting games for the PC. An emphasis is placed on dodging complex bullet patterns. The series itself is famous for its large, basically all female cast. A ridiculous amount of doujinshi manga, fan games, fan videos, and fan art have been made for it. The soundtracks of the games are also equally famous. They've inspired an equally ridiculous amount of music videos and arrange CDs. Not to mention that the music started some memes such as the "McRoll" and most prominently "Marisa Stole the Precious Thing."
This is the tl;dr version.

Actually, it's more traditional Japan and gothic loli. Person in my sig is from the Touhou Project. Shockingly enough, most of the cast is dressed in non-skimpy outfits.

Here's a link to an image I found that has most if not all of the cast (click "Original Image"): https://safebooru.donmai.us/post/show/408007/absolutely_everyone-absurdres-aki_minoriko-aki_shi

The Touhou Project franchise can basically be divided into 3 parts, those who showed up only in the PC-98 games (the first 5), those who've had appearances in the Windows series (almost everone else), and those who appear in the official works outside the games (these include the Touhou Mangas and Music CDs). Typically, the Windows characters receive more attention. PC-98 receive very little fanworks. The music CD and manga only characters do much better than the PC-98 characters in terms of fanworks, but don't at all compare to the windows characters.

I don't feel like writing an essay right now so, more later.

And thank goodness that they actually are. I'm willing to wager that more than half the Touhou Project fanart out there is fanservice. It's just that the author of the games himself along with the guest artists he commissions for the novels, manga, and such don't choose to take that art direction.

To get an idea of what kind of game the Touhou Project is, here is a screenshot from the 7th installment (most commonly used one too):
