    Ive found a few sites what stole from me tonight....

    Took stuff from my layout, and content, and just copied news from my site(most from my old layout)
    Here is what I had to say to him: *link removed due to uncensored swearing in target*

    This guy just took content, and did not alter it at all. I havent been able to contact this ****er yet!

    you can't start a lawsuit over a fansite, because they that's when nintendo or whoever would step in and try and take both sites

    The layout for Pokemon Legends are created last May 5, 2004 and yours is just last June. Hmmmm.

    it schwaS stolen from his old layout. I stole and used the kazaa layout a while ago. i dont think that it matters. because they steal from people all the time!

    Hhhmmm, PKLegends.net was one of my affiliates when my site was up. They defenately won't be when my site comes back!

    Ya!! They sure got busted baddly, didn't they? That should teach them not to mess with VRoad. Theres only one way that they can prove that they did it and that way is no-way. :P Betya they can't make a layout like that.

    Does giving the source count as stealing? At my site/forums its all Nintendo news. I take the news from other sites but I always always put the source and the direct link. I hope I don't get accused for stealing.

    It is way harder to claim stolen material if it is copyrighted, that is why I am going to make a site that isn't affected by that :P

    Rephrase is something I should do. But I do provide sitation. "Source: (In here goes the title of the site the news came from, with a link straight to that piece of news, not the site's home page)"

    haha I hate when people steal i just type in my site and like i find numerous sites that use my pictures and stuff that was drawn from asitro or our guides it makes me so mad so I have come up with a perfect way to get back at them.

    I dont tell them I know ok and most of the "smart stealers" join my forums so I have access to there IP's I "accidently" make it public and they will never bother you again.

    Besides you can still threaten with a lawsuit it strikes fear into the people..

    Give him a break, sure he might have taken your stuff but maybe he's a first-timer and it was a mistake. You know it happens. And, uh, quit swearing even if it's censored out. And you shouldn't link to that page where you swore and it wasn't censored. And I think it was really nasty of you to just go out in public and start swearing at the guy, you should have just emailed him first and asked him to take it off.
     
    JA your absolutely right I mean if he has a history of stealing you have every right of yelling at him really badly. I mean at least if you do tell him don't automatically put the lawsuit thing out because our really old banner at pw with the noctowl were pics made by cas and I never knew that so she started yelling at me and I had nothing to do with it and knew nothing since it was Asitro who made the layout so before you respond to it make sure it's the actual person who put up the layout and then take further action
