I was wondering where I can find doors for custom tilesets I find online, specifically ones that are bigger than a regular sized base essentials door.

Typically, if a custom tileset doesn't come with a door "character", you will probably have to make it yourself. I guess really popular tilesets might have someone who made it already, but its unlikely.
