Dose in one know how to catch Latias in Pokemon ruby and sapphire?

If you're looking for Latias, it will be available roaming around Hoenn once you beat the Elite Four in Sapphire. Latias doesn't show up in Ruby, but you'll find Latios roaming around in it's place.
