Double Battle... Wild?

i think its a double battle with a traner as the battle normally goes like this:

Start battle
Oponent sens out pokemon then you do so there not wild i dont think and as its japanesh we cant really tell

I have never battled those two pokemon.They're just probably in the japanese version
