Double pokemon

I'm Infersaime and I want to get in competitive battling but I also want to keep collecting those pokemon.
But I have some pokemon duble and I want to put the worse of the two same pokemon to my white. It is on Black btw.
So I can know which I should train.

You're going to need to pick out a team, list some moves, nature, and EV spread. EV training is a must if you are going to battle competitively, otherwise, your in-game team/non EVed team would get stomped. I will post a url to a guide to get you started. EV training is not as hard and as complicated as it looks, I picked it up in a very short time. One thing that helps, are the power items and vitamins. I will let you read the rest in the guide.
