Issue: Downage

even a better reason to have you do a tracert..
we need to find out where (and what provider's) the connections are failing at.
 
OK this is from the network techs working on this issue:

gather both their local IP address, this can be found at whatismyip.com, and the results of a 'pathping -q 150 pokecommunity.com' (in windows) or a 'mtr -r -c 1000 -n pokecommunity.com' (in osx / linux). With that information we should be able to determine if their are any network issues present.
