4th Gen Dowsing Poketech App

Ive visited the poketech many times, but im not sure if i have this application and if i do.... i have no idea how to use it i tryed every single poketech app i had outside the lighthouse to try and get the zep plate but just nothing happen, could someone pleas ehelp me with this poketech application

You do probably have the Dowsing Machine App, Dawn gives it too you.

It works when you tap it with your stylus and if there is an item little cirlces will appear like a radar.

Dawn gives it to you a bit into the game, not far into it.
It looks like a X/Y graph, if that helps.

Yes, that is the itemfinder. Tap it and if a dot appears on screen, there's an item nearby. Then you walk towards it and when the dot reaches the middle, you're on top of the item. You can find any kind of item that may be hidden on the ground (Pokéballs, Potions, Hold Items, Stones, etc.)
