    I have a question to ask.
    How do you make a shiny badge from Pokémon DP in Photoshop or Paint?

    The badge -> *image removed*

    There a tons of Photoshop tutorials on the internet. Google is your friend.

    there was a tutorial on DA, I think it was made by xxSapphiregalexx and it was for ms paint though, but if you have photoshop then I'd definetly use that.
