    BL is Borderline, which if you haven't figured, is the class that borderlines in between OU (Overused) and UU (Underused).

    i personally hate the whole "Borderline" class. it pretty much contradicts the whole purpose of putting pokemon in several classes.

    Yeah, but it basiacally depends on his Movepool/Base Stats, stuff like that. His Defenses+Speed are awfully low. Severly reducing his Stats. Mr.May16, Borderline.

    Rose Reaper: Rampardos may have the highest attack stat, but it is quite fragile. it has a great movepool, but lacks the necessary speed and defenses to do any destructive sweeping.
     
    He is useable though. If a poke could Baton Pass Agility, he could be devestating. I'm not to sure, I don't use Rampardos.
     
    Thats why you could Baton Pass Agility. It could be a powerful sweeper. No poke is useless. Except Magikarp. And Pre evolved forms.

    It still wouldn't make up for it's Defenses though. maybe except for Sandstream.
     
    Sweepers usually have shaky defenses. If he is fast enough, he could tear through opponents, like most sweepers do.

    Yeah. Ninjask May be Overated, but will do a nice job Bp'ing that Speed with Protect+Sub.
     
    Of course, nicely put. No poke is useless, IMO.
     
    1. Manaphy isn't a uber. A uber is a Pokemon whose Total Base Stats exceed 600 (exceptions: Mew and Wobbuffet). Manaphy's is exactly at 600, along with Shaymin and Cresselia. Azelf, Mespirit, and Uxie all with 580. But, yes, they're definately OU, but aren't banned (thank god).

    2. Happiny is nowhere near UU/BL.

    3. Darkrai shouldn't be uber since I just added it's Base Stats and they're exactly 600.
