DP99 Discussion (Japanese spoilers)

    On the whole, I thought this was a boring episode

    - Ryo sounds older than he looks
    - Cool, they're showing off all the E4. I hate the red haird one *shivers*
    - The autograph looks *kind* of like Ryo...
    - Movie 9 Spurt...will the dub keep it? It would be very interesting if they did
    - He remembered Butterfree! This has to be the only flashback to its departure, right?
    - Wow, Ryo has backstory
    - This ending theme is so stupid...
    - I find it funny how they will use old footage in the Ookid part, but won't in the actual programme. Shows they're still scared the dub will cut it like 4Kids did

    They show it evolves in the PREVIEW!?
     
    I'm pretty sure they show it evolves because there's a lot of speculation. Bleh, but the discussion of that can stay in my thread so there's no spam. :#

    Curses, someone needs to upload it on the Tube. I wanna watch it! >:#

    I agree with Jorah. This episode was pretty boring.
    Ryo doesn't really act like what he seems he would. Young and very active. I mean look at his pose in the games. Arm open with a cocky smile!
    I emphasize the young seeing as his sprite is atleast half a head shorter than the adults, his peers.

    I like the lever more than the switch~
    DID HE JUST ASKED WHAT IT EVOLVES TO?!
    Jeeze...I'd expect that on the stupid movie DVD quizes that have no real purpose or the who's that pokemon. If they had a segment for it I'd like something that can make your brain work. (I don't remember moves so the Magikarp was a good one for me.)

    So...They show it in the preview. Meaning absolutely NOTHING else happens? Long long battles are made long with Takeshi's long comments. Ugh~. :\ I guess I'm just in a crappy mood, the animation looks crappy as well.
     
    Boring episode.

    Why did they make Ryo do the same as Satoshi? (They both jumped at TR's machine. Copycat.)
    Maybe I have PMS. Or maybe I really am in a bad mood.

    The only thing I liked was when Hikari screamed when Junsa-san talked about Ryo.
    Ah, also when Gregulu stabbed Takeshi. That never bores me. ^^
